Registration of application of established sample for testing in the certification center

Provision of a copy of documents certified by the notary or original documents confirming higher and/or secondary education, specialization and work experience of engineering staff

Copy of the identity document of the person submitting the application;
A notarized copy of a secondary or higher education diploma (if a degree and/or rank is available, the copies hereof shall be submitted) or an original;
List of required documents for certification of engineering staff
A notarized copy of the employment record book or other documentation confirming the work experience (an extract from the pension fund, confirming the positions held in the institutions listed in the extract from the pension fund with the signature of the First Head or Head of the Personnel Department and certified by the seal of the company);
If there are foreign certificates or certificates certifying the acquisition of qualification in the mentioned specialties, copies certified by the notary shall be provided.

For engineering staff involved in the engineering field: 60 points shall be gained for the Lead Design Engineer; 70 points - for the Architect, Engineer and/or Chief Designer. For engineering staff involved in the construction field: 60 points shall be gained for the Site Manager, Specialist, or Work Performer; 70 points - for the Chief Engineer or Head of the Production and Technical Department.
